Here at GNA Financial Services, we understand that finances – individual or business – are very personal. We know how important it is to know who you are working with.
Let me introduce myself personally. For many years, I served as CFO for various businesses including Beauty Expo, LLC – a salon, spa & retail sales business, with several locations in New Jersey as well as Southern Florida, as a Senior Manager for Ennis Prezioso and Company, LLC, a midsized CPA firm located in northern New Jersey, and as Chief Financial Officer of HA Bruno LLC., a Trade Show Organizing Company with headquarters in both Paramus, New Jersey and in the World Trade Center in Mexico City, Mexico and in Bristol, England.
All of these positions have been tremendously rewarding and challenging, though my greatest professional accomplishment was creating GNA Financial Services, LLC and going into business for myself. I began my private practice about a decade ago, and in 2011, took that chance to go solo and never looked back. GNA Financial Services provides services to individual and corporate clients in many different industries throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. We provide round-the-clock support for all of our clients- answering questions and providing guidance in these uncertain economic times.
My family, my inspiration…
My Dad is an Italian immigrant. My Grandparents moved their family to America in 1960 when my father was 17 years old. He did not have a formal education when he got here and worse – did not speak any English. Not letting that hold him back, he went to school, learned English, got his GED and spent most of his working career as the General Manger and Chief Mechanic of a Pharmaceutical Factory in Queens, NY. My father has been a great role model for me personally and professionally. It is because of him that I have such a great work ethic and always feel that I will succeed in whatever it is that I put my mind to. I love my father very much and I am very proud of him. I strive in my business and in my personal life to make him equally as proud.
I am the oldest of 4 boys. While my Dad was out working long hours, my Mom was home very busy raising us, which I am sure could not have been very easy for her. She was the steady influence in my life. She was the person I found every day when I got home from school and she was always very supportive of my dreams and ambitions. She was the rock of our family and always did her best to keep the family moving forward in the right direction. I have been very blessed to have a mother as wonderful as her and I love her very much.
My family is everything to me. I have a wonderful wife Lisa and three beautiful children, Gianna, Nicholas, and Ava. (GNA)
My wife is my soul mate and the love of my life. I am very grateful and blessed that she chose to spend her life with me. I can’t imagine what my life would be like if I had not met her on that blind date back in 1991. If I had the chance to relive the time we have spent together all these years, I wouldn’t change a thing. I look forward to spending every day of the rest of my life with her.
My children are the lights of my life. They are each so different yet very much alike in how very sweet, smart, respectful and talented they are. I love them more than words can describe and I am very proud of each of them. I was always very involved with their sports and activities, including being a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader for many years and coaching their baseball, softball, soccer and basketball teams. The kids grow up so fast and time seems to fly by faster and faster with each year that passes. When my oldest daughter Gianna was born I went out to dinner alone with my mother. She told me “Make sure you spend as much time as you can with your baby because one day she will be sitting on the other side of the table.” I never forgot that and come to find out how true that statement really is! I have always made a huge effort to spend as much time as I could with the kids individually, so they each get their private Daddy time and as a family. I wouldn’t trade that time for the world.
